This home is so nice and versatile. The main bedroom has a sitting area that could be used for an office or a nursery. The house is laid out very well. A nice large kitchen is right off of the living room. Main bedroom at one end of the house, guest bedrooms at the other end of the house. This home comes complete with refrigerator, washer & dryer. One year to 15 months lease. There is a credit and background check. Monthly rent $1850, deposit is $1600, application fee is $50 per adult. Pets are allowed if approved and must have an additional pet deposit. There is a limit on pets and some breeds not acceptable. The tenants are not allowed to have an above ground pool, or trampoline. No tv's mounted to the walls. |
