You have to come check out this awesome lot! It already has a great shop on it, with a concrete floor and a roll-up door! There is also an RV there, and all the utilities are in place as well!! You can keep that or stay there and build. Lake Fork is close, and there is lots to do in and around the area, with Quitman, Mineola, Emory, and Alba close in proximity to this lot! The shop is 24' by 30' and the RV is 29'. Everthing stays in the RV including the dishes and other items left in the kitchen There is also shelving in the shop and a refridgerator out there that stays. |
