This building in downtown Gladewater was at first a hospital. It has lately been an antique retail location and is currently serving as storage. It has been going through updating to accommodate individual antique sale booths, offices, and a meeting room. Lots of opportunities here as the air conditioning and plumbing have been updated, but more is needed. There is room on the lot for a parking lot to be built that could accommodate as many as 20 or more cars. Perhaps a good location for a large restaurant. |
